What we collect

Your name, email, and password (stored scrambled). Your phone number and delivery address when you give them for an order. Your orders and messages. For cooks: kitchen details and the certificate and license documents you upload.

Who sees what

A cook sees the name, phone, and delivery address of customers whose orders they handle. A customer sees a cook's public page, and the cook's phone and pickup details after the order is confirmed. Certificate and license documents are private: only the cook and Foodee staff can open them. Customers see only that a kitchen is verified.

Why we use it

To run orders, check cooks, send the emails you ask for, keep the site safe, and answer reports.

Who else handles it

Our hosting provider stores the site's data, and our email provider delivers emails. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

You can change your details and email settings in Settings. To delete your account or documents, contact the site owner. We may keep order records where the law or a safety report requires it.
